Karen 10th November 2017

Wanted to share this with you all - but especially you mum. I know how happy you'd be to read this. xxxx Dear Karen and Family I just wanted to send you a short note to say how sorry I was to about your lovely mum. My wife Hannah and I spent 14 happy years living next door to her and she was such a wonderful neighbour to us from the moment we moved in, to the moment we left. Our 2 boys Louis and Theo were born during that time and bless your mum, she never once complained about the noise or when we had family and friends over for family parties. 6 years ago we built an extension and had ongoing problems with the build and it dragged on with the scaffolding and mess outside the front and I would say to her, im so sorry about all this and she would say ' dont worry dear, im sure it will be done soon' - and would calm my stress levels to 0. I think your mum had the patience of a saint! We only moved out in February of this year and on the day she was taken to hospital , I had popped up to see her and Eddie with the boys, as I had not been to see her for a while, and discovered from Eddie that your mum had been taken to hospital. I phoned Hannah and told her and simply thought we would pop up in a couple of days again when she was better - so it came as such a shock, as im sure it did for you all. The funeral was lovely and you and Katie did so well with your readings, as sad a day as it was, the sun came out to shine for her ! I will miss your mum greatly and she will always be in my thoughts. Take good care and look after yourselves in the coming months ahead. Love and best wishes Mark & Hannah xxx
